Lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, with a specialization in Labor Law from the University of Salamanca, Spain; a specialization in Business Law from Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario; a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad de los Andes; a specialization in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad del Rosario; and a Master’s degree in Law with an emphasis on Oral Litigation from California Western School of Law.

 Throughout his career, he has successfully worked in various areas and is recognized in the field for his extensive knowledge of individual labor law, collective labor law, social security law, and litigation. He has also provided advisory services on labor structuring for different companies and represented his clients in judicial and administrative litigation, in which he has extensive experience. Guillermo has been recommended for Labor Law by Legal 500 for three consecutive years.
